Will I receive a full refund when returning an order?

While requesting your return, you can select to receive a different size of the same product. If you would like to receive a different product, choose “refund” and simply place a new order via vivelhomme.com.


Your refund will either be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order, or as a Vive L’Homme Gift Card. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty or if you return your complete order.

Please take note that it can take up to 10 business days for the  refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.

What are the terms and conditions of our special offers?

VIVE has several kinds of special offers. Every offer has it’s own return policy next to the standard 14 day return period.

Special packages

In case you would like to exchange an item that comes in a special package for another and/or different VIVE product (model,color, size, etc.), please contact the customer service with your request. It’s not possible to exclude a product from the package.

Free goods

If you return an order that contains a free gift, that same gift has to be returned. Refunds cannot be processed without the free products. Free gift vouchers can be added to your order if you reach a specific order limit. If you return products which lower the order limit, the returns department can lower and/or cancel the amount of the gift voucher.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can only be used for one order. In case the order total is lower than the value of the gift voucher, we will create a new voucher for the remaining value. Please contact our customer service team if you would like to have your remaining value transferred.

What are the payment options?

Payment is possible by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and iDEAL. The payment options can vary from country and/or region.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will do our utmost best to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible and within the agreed timeframe.

Can I organise for my order to be delivered to a different address?

Yes, when you place your order you can enter the delivery address details, which can differ from your home address and/or billing address.

Can I use post office boxes and freight forwarding?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and/or forwarding addresses, which include Aramex addresses.

Will inventory be restocked?

Some of our items get restocked, but this varies per item.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless an “Out of Stock” message is displayed. This message is shown after you have selected your size (if the item has size options).

Please be aware that even if an item is added to your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed your order.

Can I add items to an order that I placed?

It is not possible to add items to an existing order that you have already placed. After you placed your order, the order will be processed in our warehouse almost immediately. Once you have received your order, you can return the entire order and/or products you do not want to keep within the 14 days return limit.

Where do I enter VIVE voucher or discount code?

You can enter your discount code during Step 1 of placing an order. when reviewing your shopping cart, enter the code in the “COUPON” section and choose “APPLY COUPON”. Your discount amount will automatically be deducted from the total payable amount.

Can I buy a shirt with custom print?

It is not possible for us to supply clothing with custom print, as we pick the designs of our shirts and sweaters very carefully.
